This oil has warming and grounding properties, and is perfect for any dosha in the fall and winter seasons. These organic plant extracts supply the skin with antioxidants, vitamins and essential fatty acids, which boost collagen and tone skin, giving a vibrant glow. Adaptogenic Ashwagandha protects skin from daily stress. This product is handmade and infused with Reiki energy and ancient Vedic mantras.

Directions: Apply a generous amount to the whole body after bathing. Massage into skin until fully absorbed. Use once or twice daily.

Abhyanga, or anointing the body with oil is one of the most sacred self-care rituals of humankind. There are many health benefits, and psychologically, it is like saturating yourself with love.   The Sanskrit word for oil, “Sneha,” is the same as the word for love.
